  • 2.25 Y Leaves
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • as required Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnishing

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated prawns and cook until they are cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Add coconut milk, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
