  • 62.50 gram Prawns, Minced
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • as required Dumpling Wrappers
  • as per your need Spicy Tomato Chutney

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix minced prawns, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, green chilies, cilantro, soy sauce, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the prawn filling in the center.
  • STEP 3.Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pleating or using a fork.
  • STEP 4.Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  • STEP 5.Steam the momos in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Prawns Momo hot with spicy tomato chutney.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure the dumpling wrappers are not too thin or too thick for the perfect texture.
