  • 1/10 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1/4 Ves
  • 1/10 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/10 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/10 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/10 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/20 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.03 cup Fresh Cream
  • 1/20 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • as required Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated prawns and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Finally, add fresh cream and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
