  • As required salt | For wet ground curry paste
  • 0.38 cup fresh grated coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2-2.50 garlic cloves
  • 1.50-2 Peppercorns
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 marble sized ball of tamarind
  • 2.50 madras red chillies
  • 3 Kashmir red chillies| Grind the above ingredients and then add the below
  • 1/4 Tomato
  • 0.13 teaspoon methi seeds| Finely grind the above
