  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and devein the prawns, leaving the tail intact.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the prawns with a mixture of spices, including turmeric, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Carefully open the top of the tender coconut shell and remove the coconut water. Keep the coconut water aside for later use.
  • STEP 4.Place the marinated prawns inside the tender coconut shell and pour the reserved coconut water over them.
  • STEP 5.Cover the top of the coconut shell with aluminum foil and secure it tightly.
  • STEP 6.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the coconut shell with prawns for about 20-25 minutes.
