Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400掳F (200掳C).
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same skillet, add the shallots and garlic. Saut茅 until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the white wine to the skillet and cook until it has reduced by half, about 3-4 minutes.
