Ingredients for Prawn Risotto Recipe

  • 12 No.s Prawns
  • 1.50 cup Arborio Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 6-8 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 2 tablespoon White wine
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • sprig Few parsley

Directions: Prawn Risotto Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Chop onions. Crush garlic, red chili & black peppercorns

  • STEP 1.Grate parmesan cheese. Add 1 tsp oil in a pan & heat it.

  • STEP 1.Now add some crushed red chilies & garlic .Saute for a min.

  • STEP 1.Saute it until the prawns are ¾ cooked. Now turn off the flame and keep the fried prawns aside.

  • STEP 1.Cooking directions for risotto. Add 1 tsp oil, butter in a pan & heat it.

  • STEP 1.Now add remaining crushed garlic & chopped onions. saute for 2-3 min.

  • STEP 1.Add arborio rice & saute it for 2 mins. Add white wine and mix well.

  • STEP 1.Now add tomato puree & around 3 cups of water(add more if needed) . Cook the rice well for 5-7 min.

  • STEP 1.Add some salt & fresh cream. Then add parmesan cheese and prawns.

  • STEP 1.Keep some prawns for garnishing. Turn off the flame and serve.

  • STEP 1.Sprinkle some red chilli flakes,parmesan cheese.
