A very mouth watering dish prepared from prawn & arborio rice.

Chop onions. Crush garlic, red chili & black peppercorns
Grate parmesan cheese. Add 1 tsp oil in a pan & heat it.
Now add some crushed red chilies & garlic .Saute for a min.
Saute it until the prawns are ¾ cooked. Now turn off the flame and keep the fried prawns aside.

Cooking directions for risotto. Add 1 tsp oil, butter in a pan & heat it.
Now add remaining crushed garlic & chopped onions. saute for 2-3 min.
Add arborio rice & saute it for 2 mins. Add white wine and mix well.
Now add tomato puree & around 3 cups of water(add more if needed) . Cook the rice well for 5-7 min.
Add some salt & fresh cream. Then add parmesan cheese and prawns.
Keep some prawns for garnishing. Turn off the flame and serve.
Sprinkle some red chilli flakes,parmesan cheese.
