Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and devein the prawns, then marinate them with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves. Fry until the seeds splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated prawns and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix tamarind pulp, red chili powder, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked prawns to the tamarind mixture and mix well.
