  • 100 gram Yellow Noodles
  • 50 gram Bean Sprouts
  • 100 gram Prawns, Peeled And Deveined

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Prepare the prawn stock by boiling prawn shells and heads in water for about 30 minutes. Strain the stock and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the prawn stock, soy sauce, and rock sugar. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Boil the yellow noodles and bean sprouts until cooked. Drain and set aside.
