Prawn Ghee Roast Recipe

Prawn Ghee Roast is a popular Mangalorean dish made with succulent prawns cooked in a rich and flavorful ghee-based masala. The prawns are marinated in a blend of spices and then pan-fried until they turn golden and crispy. The masala is made with a combination of aromatic spices, onions, tomatoes, and tamarind, which gives the dish a tangy and spicy flavor. This dish is perfect as an appetizer or as a main course and pairs well with steamed rice or roti.
