Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and devein the prawns, then marinate them with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, tamarind pulp, and the marinated prawns. Cook until the prawns are cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
