  • 250 gram Prawns, Cleaned And Deveined
  • 1 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 2.25 Lic Cloves
  • 1 Green Chilies
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, blend coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and a little water to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and chopped onions.
  • STEP 3.Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the coriander paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.Add the prawns and cook until they are cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
