  • 0.13 cup Chopped Chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a food processor, pulse the prawns, chives, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  • STEP 2.Place a spoonful of the prawn mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
  • STEP 3.Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat the edges to seal the dumpling.
  • STEP 4.Repeat with the remaining prawn mixture and wrappers.
  • STEP 5.Place the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper.
  • STEP 6.Steam the dumplings for about 8-10 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Serve the dumplings hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
