Ingredients for Prawn And Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

  • 275 gram Raw prawns
  • 1 No.s Egg white
  • 1 No.s Small broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 4 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Ginger cm
  • As required Salt

Directions: Prawn And Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 wash and pat dry 275 gm of shelled and deveined prawns to remove excess moisture.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 place the prawns in a mixing bowl, add 1 egg white, 2 tbsp cornflour and mix well to coat the prawns.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Add florets of 1 small broccoli cut into bite size pieces and blanch for 2 minutes. Then remove and drain.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 in a wok heat 1 ltr oil for deep frying .when hot add the prawns and fry for 30 seconds.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 use a slotted spoon to remove and drain the prawns from the hot oil.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 in a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add 4 cloves finely chopped garlic, ½ cm finely chopped ginger and stir.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 add the blanched broccoli, the fried prawns, 1 tsp white pepper, salt to taste and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 transfer to a dish and serve.
