Ingredients for potato Suji bites Recipe

  • 1.25 cup oil cumin seeds suji salt to taste water according to potato mixture boil potatoes onion
  • 1 cup chat masala Red chilli powder cumin powder wheat flour

Directions: Potato Suji Bites Recipe

  • STEP 1.first bowl add potato mashed add onion cumin seeds & cumin powder red chilli powder chat masala salt coriander powder
  • STEP 2.pan add suji cumin seeds oil salt to taste water to continuous stir to the suji allow suji cool 5 minutes
  • STEP 3.when you kned the dough if required you can add 1 tsp water and an little oil so that it binde well
  • STEP 4.ensure that you cook it well on both sides and get a gold brown colour best relished with tomato ketchup
