Ingredients for Potato stuffed capsicum Recipe

  • 83.33 g Capsicum
  • 1 A Few Potato
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Fennel
  • As Required Salt
  • A Pinch Mango powder(amchur)
  • A Pinch Hing
  • A Pinch Cumin
  • 0.33 Tbsp Oil

Directions: Potato Stuffed Capsicum Recipe

  • STEP 1.Lets boil the potatoes and peel it and add all the spices in it :- red chili powder, mango powder , salt and hing and mix it well and make the stuff
  • STEP 2.Cut half part of of the capsicum vertically but dont cut the full chilli and add the potato stuff in the chilli
  • STEP 3.Now let's hot the oil and add hing and jeera and then will add the stuffed capsicum in the oil and will give some drops of water by hand and enveil it for 15 -20 minutes
  • STEP 4.And your dish is ready
