Ingredients for Potato & Spring Onion Pancake Recipe

  • 450 gram Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Plain flour
  • 2 Spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • As required Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Potato & Spring Onion Pancake Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. grate 450 gm of potatoes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

step 2

  • STEP 1. add 4 tsp plain flour, 2 finely chopped spring onions, 1 tsp white pepper powder, 1 tsp sesame seeds and salt to taste.

step 3

  • STEP 1.mix the ingredients together to combine well.

step 4

  • STEP 1.in a pan heat 2 tsp oil, place 2 tsp of potato mixture and press it down with the back of a spoon to flatten it into a pancake.

step 5

  • STEP 1. fry the pancakes on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.

step 6

  • STEP 1.remove from the pan and serve hot on its own or with poached egg.
