How to Make Potato Semolina Chips Recipe
STEP 01
1. Grind garlic paste by adding a little water.
STEP 02
2. Wash and cut potatoes in slices.
STEP 03
3. Take one slice, spread garlic paste on both the sides of potato slice.
STEP 04
4. Cover it properly with semolina.
STEP 05
5. Shallow fry it from both sides on slow to medium flame.
STEP 06
6. Serve hot.
