Ingredients for Potato sandwich Recipe

  • 4 Pieces Bread slices
  • as required Butter
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 1.50 Pieces Boiled potatoes three
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 g butter/ ghee

Directions: Potato Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a moderately heated pan add oil, add onion seeds and allow to sizzle. Then add finely chopped potatoes + salt + turmeric + chili powder and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Now sprinkle 3 tbsp water, simmer and cook till potatoes turn soft. The filling is ready and lets it cool.
  • STEP 2.Take bread slices, apply butter on both sides, put potato filling, and cover it with another slice keeping the buttered side out, and press gently.
  • STEP 3.Now toast either on tawa or sandwich maker, it takes just a few minutes to toast. The potato sandwich is done. Cut diagonally.
  • STEP 4.Now potato sandwich is ready to Serve.
