Ingredients for Potato sabji Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Potato
  • 0.13 cup Tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 tsp Cumin
  • A Pinch Pinch of hing
  • To Taste Red chilli powder per taste
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 g Pinch of sugar
  • As Required For Ganishing Fresh coriander for garnish

Directions: Potato Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in cooker.
  • STEP 2.Add cumin and hing.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes.
  • STEP 4.Let it cook on slow flame till tomato mashed.
  • STEP 5.Now add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  • STEP 6.Mix well. Add salt to taste and pinch of sugar.
  • STEP 7.Mix wel.
  • STEP 8.Add washed peeled and cut in to cubes potatoes 1 cup
  • STEP 9.Mix all together.
  • STEP 10.Add water 1/2 cup.
  • STEP 11.Cook for 3 whistle.
  • STEP 12.Let it cool for minutes then add garam masala and fresh coriander.mix well
  • STEP 13.Serve hot with chalati or bajar roti or rice
