Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are soft and mashable.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • STEP 4.Take a small portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a small ball.
  • STEP 5.Roll the potato ball in breadcrumbs until it is fully coated.
  • STEP 6.Repeat the process with the remaining potato mixture.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for deep-frying.
  • STEP 8.Carefully drop the coated potato balls into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
