  • 1.50 Pieces Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Noodles
  • 1 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Pieces reen chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp arlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Dry mango powder
  • 1/2 Tsp aram masala powder
  • 1.50 Tbsp rava
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2.50 Tbsp Oil

  • STEP 1.Wash and boil potatoes then peel off the skin and mash well
  • STEP 2.In a bowl add mashed potatoes, ginger, garlc, green chiili, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, coriander leaves mix well and make soft dough
  • STEP 3.Heat water in a pan and let it boil. when boiling add salt oil noodles cook till soft.Then drain water & immediately put it in cold water again drain & keep aside
  • STEP 4.Divied the dough into equal size balls. Than roll out into long cylindrical shaped roll
  • STEP 5.Take one noodles then wrap around each cylindrical roll. Then coat with rava.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan then deep fry on till golden brown in color.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
