Ingredients for Potato mushroom curry Recipe

  • 2 nos potatoes medium size boild and cut
  • 1 nos chopped onion
  • 1 nos chopped tomato
  • 1 nos chopped Green Chilli
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam.masala powder
  • 2 nos Spoons mustard oil
  • As required needed water

Directions: Potato Mushroom Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan on a medium flame on gas add 1 tsp oil when it is heated toss the chopped mushroom for 4 to 5 mins put it aside fry the potatoes in hot oil.
  • STEP 2.Again put 3 tsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds in the hot oil, when it sizzles add onion and chilli when it turns golden brown add all the spices and chopped tomato and salt and roasted it on a medium flame.
  • STEP 3.After roasting the oil comes out in 10 mins add potato mushroom and required water in the pan when the gravy becomes thick add coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Serve it hot with rice nan or chapati
