  • 0.67 Pieces Potatoes
  • 0.33 cup Semolina
  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Eno
  • as required water
  • 0.67 g reen chilies
  • as required Oil
  • 0.33 tsp Mustard
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1.33 g 4-5 G
  • As Required For Ganishing Salted sev as per taste
  • 0.17 cup Tomato ketchup

Directions: Potato Masala Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare a paste by adding potato slices, green chilies and water as required in the mixer.
  • STEP 2.Take semolina and curd.
  • STEP 3.Mix semolina, potato paste and curd. Prepare the batter and keep it for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Keep the water hot in the idli maker. Mix eno, salt in the batter and beat it.
  • STEP 5.Prepare Aloo Idli with Idli Maker.
  • STEP 6.Hot Aloo Idli is ready.
  • STEP 7.Heat the oil. Add mustard seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green chilies and fry the idlis. Serve garnished with spicy masala idly tomato ketchup, salty sev.
