Ingredients for Potato masala Recipe

  • 1.33 Pieces Potato
  • 0.33 tsp jeera / cumin
  • a pinch hing / asafoetida
  • sprig Kadi pata / curry leaves
  • 0.33 Tsp Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chilli
  • 1 Tsp Chopped coriander
  • 0.33 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 0.33 Tsp Chaat masala

Directions: Potato Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes and cut in small piece
  • STEP 2.Add some oil in a pan put jeera green chilli Kadi pata
  • STEP 3.Then add haldi,salt,red chilli then then add tomato puree Saute them untill oil comes out
  • STEP 4.Then add potatoes. Mix them properly and garnish with coriander
