  • 1 pound Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon 0.5 salt
  • As required Pepper
  • As required Flour
  • As required Eggs
  • As required Panko
  • As required Oil for deep frying
  • As required Tonkatsu Sauce

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Peel the potatoes and cut them.

Cooking Directions.

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until soft
  • STEP 1.Mash the potatoes well
  • STEP 2.In a pan heat oil
  • STEP 3.Throw in the onions and cook, they should not get too brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the ground beef and cook until brown
  • STEP 5.Season with salt and pepper
  • STEP 6.Add potatoes and meat mixture
  • STEP 7.Divide potatoes into 8 round patties
  • STEP 8.Refrigerate them for an hour
  • STEP 9.Take the patties out of the fridge. Coat with flour, eggs and panko
  • STEP 10.Heat oil and deep fry the patties until each side is brown.

  • STEP 1.Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
