A japanese patties recipe prepared from potatoes,beef, onion and coated in flour egg mixture. Pan fried and season with salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes and cut them
Boil the potatoes until soft
Mash the potatoes well
In a pan heat oil
Cook the onion on it
Add the ground beef and cook until brown
Season with salt and pepper
Add potatoes and meat mixture
Divide potatoes into 8 round patties
Refrigerate them for an hour
Coat with flour, eggs and panko
Heat oil for deep fry and fry the patties each side well
