Ingredients for Grilled Potato Sandwich Recipe

  • 1.50 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 2 Pieces Multigrain bread slice
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1 tbsp Green peas
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chutney
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2.50 tsp Garammasala
  • 2.50 gm Salt
  • A Few Curry leaves few
  • 2.50 gms Turmeric powder
  • 2.50 gms Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • as required Chaat masala

Directions: Grilled Potato Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash boil and remove skin.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan. Tempered mustard seeds cumin seeds. Add asofoetida curry leaves chopped green chilli and chilli ginger garlic paste. Saute for a min. Add turmeric powder boiled peas and mashed potatoes. Now add garam masala lemon juice and sugar. Mix properly. Turn off flame.Lastly add chopped coriander. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Apply butter on a bread one side.and Coriander Chutney on another Side. Place it in a griller.
  • STEP 4.Spread potatoes mixture. Onion slices. Sprinkle chaat masala and cover with another chutney bread. Apply butter on a top side. Grill on a slow flame both sides.
  • STEP 5.Sprinkle Chaat Masala. Tasty Crispy Grilled Potatoes Sandwich is ready to Serve. Serve with Chutney and Ketchup..
