Ingredients for Potato gravy|simple and easy Recipe

  • 0.40 nos Potato medium
  • 1/5 nos Onion small
  • 1/20 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/10 tsp Jeera
  • 1/10 tsp haldi powder
  • 1/5 tsp chilli powder
  • As required Dhana jeera powder tsp
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/5 tsp Jaggery to taste or
  • 0.40 cups Water

  • STEP 1.Method
  • STEP 2.1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes and soak them into water for sometime.
  • STEP 3.2. Heat oil in that add jeera and mustard seeds and let them splitter.
  • STEP 4.3. Onces it splitter add onion and let it becomes brown.
  • STEP 5.4. Add all the spices powder which gives a burst of flavours like haldi, chilli and dhana jeera powder.
  • STEP 6.5. Add potatoes and mix well.
  • STEP 7.6. Then add water and then add garam masala and jaggery and boil it till the potatoes are cooked.
  • STEP 8.7. Delicious potato gravy is ready to eat with chapati or rice. Do try this recipe at home.
