Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, corn kernels, chopped onions, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
