  • 0.17 Tbsp tablespoon sesame oil or any other oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat your oven to 200°C and place a baking rack on a baking sheet. Grease the rack with cooking spray or lightly brush with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  • STEP 2.In separate shallow bowls, place the all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and crushed potato chips. Season the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Dip each fish fillet into the flour, ensuring an even coating. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the fillet with the crushed potato chips, pressing gently to adhere.
  • STEP 4.Bake the fish fillets in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are crispy.
  • STEP 5.In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Aioli is ready!
