Ingredients for Potato cheela Recipe

  • 0.67 Pieces potatoes peeled and grated
  • 0.67 teaspoons fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 0.33 Pieces Green chilli chopped finely
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.67 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
  • 0.67 Tbsp Carrot ( grated )
  • 0.67 Tbsp gram flour ( besan )
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Potato Cheela Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pat dry the grated potatoes with a kitchen towel and put in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, red chilli, carrot,besan, coriander leaves and cornflour and mix well. Divide the mixture into four portions.
  • STEP 3.Heat one teaspoon oil in a shallow non-stick pan, spread one portion of potato mixture on the pan thinly and cook, turning sides, till crisp. Similarly prepare more cheele with the remaining mixture.
  • STEP 4.Put them on serving plates and serve hot.
