Ingredients for Potato bhungala Recipe

  • 2 Packet Bowl boiled potato
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • a pinch Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • To Taste salt - as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 2 g Crushed garlic

Directions: Potato Bhungala Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a cooking pan, add 1 tbsp of oil
  • STEP 2.After oil is heated, add Crushed Garlic and statue on a low flame for a minute
  • STEP 3.Add Chopped Potatoes, Salt, Coriander Powder, Turmeric, and Red Chilli Powder and mix well
  • STEP 4.Cook for about 2-3 minutes till all the spices are properly coated on potatoes, If you feel the mixture is dry, you can add 2-3 tbsp of water to help coat all the spices to potatoes
  • STEP 5.Serv potato with frying bhungla
