Ingredients for Potato Bajji Recipe

  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 3 Pieces Potato
  • 10 g Salt
  • 2 Cups water
  • 500 Kg oi

Directions: Potato Bajji Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, hing, salt and water mix well pouring consistency.
  • STEP 2.Take potato slice with slicer. And tip the potato slices in gram flour mixture.
  • STEP 3.In a kadai add oil, put the slices cook in medium flour till golden in colour. Bajji ready to serve.
