  • 2 No.s Carrots thinly sliced
  • 4 Potato thinly sliced Nos
  • 4 Garlic chopped Nos
  • 1 Ginger chopped cm
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground red peppercorn
  • 1 Spring onion chopped Nos
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Oil ltr

Directions: Potato And Carrot Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1.in a wok heat 1 ltr of oil, add 2 thinly sliced carrots, 4 thinly sliced potatoes and deep fry for 3 minutes.

  • STEP 2.2. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain the carrots and potatoes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3. Pour out the oil into another container for use later. Retain 1 tbsp in the wok.

  • STEP 4.4. Heat the oil and add 4 chopped cloves of garlic, 1 cm chopped ginger, 1 chopped spring onion, ½ tsp ground red peppercorn and stir fry for a few seconds.

  • STEP 5.5. Return the potatoes and carrots to the wok and toss together well.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6. Then add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, salt to taste and stir fry for 1 minute.

  • STEP 7.7. Transfer to a dish and serve.
