Ingredients for Pot Stickers Recipe

  • 85 gram napa cabbage or bok choy
  • 3 teaspoon Salt
  • 450 gram lean ground pork
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dash white pepper
  • As required For the Dumpling Dough
  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • As required For the Pan Frying
  • 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cup Water
  • As required For the Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce

How to Make Pot Stickers Recipe

STEP 01

1. Cut stripes of napa cabbage and mix some salt. Remove excess water.

STEP 02

2.in another large bowl, mix the cabbage, pork, green onions, wine, cornstarch, the remaining 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and the white pepper.

STEP 03

3. In a smaller bowl mix flour and 1 cup of water and make a dough.

STEP 04

4. Knead the dough slightly and make smooth dough.  cut the dough each into ½ inches and roll. Fill 1 spoon of pork mixture on it and seal the edges using water.

STEP 05

1  heat a wok or nonstick skillet until very hot. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, tilting the wok to coat the sides.

STEP 06

2 place the dumplings and cook for 2 minutes.

STEP 07

3 then add a cup of water and cover until the water is absorbed.

STEP 08

4 for dipping sauce mix a tbsp of soy sauce with sesame oil and serve with the dumplings.
