  • As Required Dry Bambooshot
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 Pieces Ginger
  • 0.33 Pieces Garlic
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.67 Tbsp Chillipowder
  • 1 Tbsp chilliflakes

Directions: Pork Trotter Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a wok add trotter chilliflakes chillipowder salt mixed it well saute it for a minute till the meat becomes golden brown add minimum required of water cover and cook till the meat gets soften meanwhile wash dry bamboo shoots with warm water and add both tomato again cook for 10 minutes,before take off from the gas add pounded ginger garlic mixed well ,cover the lid for a minutes now it's ready to be served
