Souvlaki are greek kebabs made with marinated meat. You can use any meat of your choicetry it with chicken, shrimp or lamb. To pull the meal together, serve the grilled meat in a pita pocket topped with tzatziki and other vegetables, like tomato, red onion, bell pepper, or lettuce.
