  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 2-3 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 7 ounce pork loin, chunk or sliced

  • STEP 1.Cut the roots of ginger

  • STEP 1.Mix ginger with soy sauce, sake and mirin

  • STEP 1.Heat a frying pan and add oil

  • STEP 1.Add the pork and cook until brown

  • STEP 1.Add the ginger sauce and cook for 1min

  • STEP 1.Coat the meat with the sauce properly
