  • 50 gram Prawns, Peeled And Deveined
  • 3/4 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 Thumb Sized Ginger, Grated
  • 1/4 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil, Divided

Directions: Pork & Prawn Fried Rice Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add diced pork and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 2.Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove pork and prawns from the wok and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same wok, add more oil if needed and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add diced vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
  • STEP 4.Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the vegetables.
  • STEP 5.Add cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry everything together. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to combine.
  • STEP 6.Return the cooked pork and prawns to the wok and stir-fry for another minute to heat through. Serve hot and enjoy!
