  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 150 gram Minced pork
  • 2 No.s Spring onions
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour

How to Make Pork In Oyster Sauce And Creamy Mash Recipe

STEP 01

1 in a small mixing bowl combine 1 tbsp flour with 100 ml water to make a smooth mixture.

STEP 02

2 place 500 gm potatoes cut into 1 cm thick slices, in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes till cooked. Keep aside.

STEP 03

3 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil on medium heat, add 150 gm pork mince, 2 cloves finely chopped garlic, ½ tsp coarse black pepper and stir fry for 5 minutes.

STEP 04

4 add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, salt and stir.

STEP 05

5 add 100 ml water, stir and bring to the boil.

STEP 06

6 allow to boil till the liquid reduces, then add 1 tsp dark soy sauce.

STEP 07

7 then add the prepared corn flour water mixture and stir. Bring to a boil again.

STEP 08

8 lastly add 2 finely chopped spring onions and stir. Remove from the heat.

STEP 09

9 place the boiled potato in a large bowl and mash till creamy.

STEP 10

10 arrange in a serving dish and pour the pork sauce over the potato and serve hot.
