  • 600 gram raw pork
  • 1.50 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 40 gram Brown Sugar
  • 1.20 tablespoon dark soy sauce

step 1

  • STEP 1.Heat up a wok, don't need any cookin oil. Drain excess moisture as well. On medium heta use a spatula to press and break the pieces up. After 5 minutes you'll see shredded pork. On medium heat try to evaporate excess moisture.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Continue to break up the strands into smaller strands. Gradually add soy sauce and some dark soy sauce to adjust colour. Nw add brown sugara and keep cooking. The floss is ready.
