Ingredients for Pork cury Recipe

  • 250 Kg Pork meat
  • 1/2 Pieces Ginger
  • 1/2 Pieces Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sichuan pepper
  • As Required Salt
  • A Few water
  • 1/2 Pieces Kingchilli
  • 1 Tbsp Kashmiri chillipowder

Directions: Pork Cury Recipe

  • STEP 1.First Take a wok ,wash and add the meat salt and chillipowder mixed it well, saute for a minutes,add pounded ginger garlic pounded kingchilli saute it till the oil comes out from meat add few of water close the lid and cook in low flame till the water drys up lastly add Sichuan pepper powder fry for few minutes and served with white rice
