  • 300 gram Pork
  • 150 gram Fresh mint
  • 2 No.s Spring onions
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 5 gram Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce

Directions: Pork And Mint Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.place 300 gm thinly sliced pork in a mixing bowl, add 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp light soy sauce and mix well. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

step 2

  • STEP 1.heat 1 tsp oil in a wok on high heat, add 2 cloves finely chopped garlic, 5 gm finely chopped ginger, 2 roughly chopped spring onions and stir fry for 10 seconds.

step 3

  • STEP 1.add the marinated pork and stir fry for 5 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 1. add150 gm fresh mint leaves, salt to taste and stir together for a few seconds.

step 5

  • STEP 1. transfer to a dish and serve with rice or noodles.
