  • 250 gram Pork, Cut Into Pieces
  • 1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Kokum For Sourness
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the pork with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated pork and cook until it changes color.
  • STEP 4.Add water, kokum, and salt. Cover and cook until the pork is tender and the flavors are well blended.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.

  • You can adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
  • If kokum is not available, you can use tamarind pulp as a substitute.
