Ingredients for Pork Adobo Recipe

  • 300 gram pork
  • 5 Nos garlic cloves
  • 6 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 Nos bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 4 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon cane vinegar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sugar

Directions: Pork Adobo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mince the garlic cloves. marinate the pork with soy sauce, bay leaves, black peppercorns and crushed garlic in a pot for 30 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Take a pot and place it over gas at high flame & heat it. Now cover the pot and bring all the ingredients in the pot to a boil then lower the flame and cook it for 15 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Then add vinegar and cook it for another 10 mins at low flame. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Now add salt, sugar and cook it for another 5 minutes until the pork becomes tender and soft.
