How to Make Pork Adobo Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Mince the garlic cloves. marinate the pork with soy sauce, bay leaves, black peppercorns and crushed garlic in a pot for 30 minutes.

STEP 01

Take a pot and place it over gas at high flame & heat it. Now cover the pot and bring all the ingredients in the pot to a boil then lower the flame and cook it for 15 minutes.

step 3

STEP 01

Then add vinegar and cook it for another 10 mins at low flame. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Now add salt, sugar and cook it for another 5 minutes until the pork becomes tender and soft.
