  • STEP 1.Dry roast the spices and lentils until they turn golden brown and aromatic.
  • STEP 2.Grind the roasted spices and lentils into a fine powder.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped vegetables and saut茅 until they are cooked.
  • STEP 5.Add tamarind pulp, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
