Ingredients for Poo Cha Recipe

  • 6-8 Nos blue crab shells
  • 8 ounce ground pork
  • 4 ounce crab meat
  • 2 ounce Shrimp
  • 1 Nos egg
  • 3 Nos shallots
  • 6 Nos coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 dash Nos heavy ground black pepper
  • 8 Nos blue crab shells
  • As required Coating
  • 2 Nos eggs

Directions: Poo Cha Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients of filling

step 2

  • STEP 2.Now stuff the filling into empty crab shells and dab it with the spoon

step 3

  • STEP 3.Then steam the stuffed crab for 5 mins and discard the excess water

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now let it cool down at room temperature then add some oil and heat it.

step 5

  • STEP 1.now dip each steamed crab shells into beaten eggs and coat well

step 6

  • STEP 1.Then gently place the coated crab shells in the pan and fry them until golden brown
