- 4 ounce crab meat
- 2 ounce Shrimp
- 1 Nos egg
- 3 Nos shallots
- 6 Nos coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 dash Nos heavy ground black pepper
- 8 Nos blue crab shells
- As required Coating
- 2 Nos eggs

How to Make Poo Cha Recipe

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients of filling

Now stuff the filling into empty crab shells and dab it with the spoon

Then steam the stuffed crab for 5 mins and discard the excess water
