  • 1.33 cup Water
  • 0.17 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak rice and lentils for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Pressure cook the soaked rice and lentils with water, salt, and turmeric powder.
  • STEP 3.Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, black pepper, and ginger. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked rice and lentils to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
