  • STEP 1.Clean and marinate the pomfret fish with mustard paste, turmeric, salt, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
