An easy mexican recipe prepared from marinating chicken and then cooked in banana leaves.Serve with tortillas and red onion pickle.

Add all the marinate ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth
Marinade the washed chicken
Coat well and keep aside for 4hours
Add the banana leaves in a slow cooker
Add the marinated chicken in the center of the banana leaves
Cover with over flowing of the banana leaf
Cover the banana leaves with water
Cover and cook for 4hours
Discard the banana leaves and bones
Serve with tortillas and red onion pickle
